Returns Policy

Our Guarantee

We want you to buy from The Just Group with confidence. Our return policy aims to treat you fairly and equitably, and not make you regret doing business with us should you change your mind. Also, our policy protects you in case goods you purchase prove to be defective.

Most products we sell are simple to return, but there may be a few exceptions or restrictions shown on this page.

These are the terms and conditions for purchases you make directly from us via this Hike Pro web site.

Returning Merchandise to Hike Pro

Items in original, unused condition, including all packaging and accessories, may be returned for exchange, credit or refund upon our verification of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Hike Pro cannot accept returns of the following items:

  • Clearance items
  • Items with expiration dates (e.g.- flares, charts and annual publications)
  • Items registered to the User (e.g.- EPIRBs, PLBs, SPOT and Class B AIS)
  • Life rafts
  • Computer software and electronic charts
  • Items which have been damaged due to improper installation or operation

Restocking Fees

The following items are subject to a 20% restocking fee:

  • Cut lengths (e.g.: rope, wire, chain, cable, webbing, fabric, etc.)
  • Special orders
  • Custom fabricated items

Refund Methods

Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase. See the chart below for applicable reimbursement terms:

Within 30 Days after purchase:

** We are unable to return funds to debit cards without the MasterCard or Visa insignia. Debit cards without the MasterCard or Visa insignia will be credited via company credit issued as a Gift Card.

Over 30 Days after purchase:
If you paid via Then you'll receive
Cash, Check, Credit Card, Debit Card, Gift Card or PayPal Company Credit as Hike Pro Gift Card

Defective Items

If an item proves to be defective within 30 days it may be returned for exchange, credit or refund upon our verification of purchase. After 30 days but within the applicable warranty period, defective items will be repaired or replaced per the manufacturer's warranty policy.

If you believe a boat, outboard or electronic item is defective, please first call the manufacturer's phone number listed in the item's packaging materials. If the manufacturer cannot solve the problem over the phone, they will advise you on what to do next; whether it be working through Hike Pro or dealing directly with them.

If You Do Not Have Your Original Receipt

Please call us. After we have verified the sale, we will issue a Company Credit.
